MetaProp Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for our services.
While we strive to provide continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect service availability.
Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice as specified in individual service agreements. Upon termination, both parties remain bound by confidentiality and intellectual property provisions.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
