AI Help Desk

Give your AI rollout the support it needs.

As you expand Claude or ChatGPT across your firm, the questions grow too. We add AI expertise and support capacity alongside your technology team, so employees have someone to turn to.

The rollout is only the beginning.

AI now reaches beyond chat into desktop files, connected systems, and workflows with several steps. Supporting that work takes time and expertise, even when you already have a capable technology team.

More users

A rollout to 100 or more people brings questions from across the firm. Your internal team may not have the capacity to work through every task and follow-up.

More involved questions

Support goes beyond accounts and access. People need help writing skills, connecting tools, and understanding why a workflow gives an unreliable result.

Constant change

New features and product changes create more decisions. Someone needs to assess what matters for your setup and explain it to the people using it.

How we help

Support your users. Keep your team informed.

Expert support

Give employees a place to email their AI questions. An expert helps diagnose issues, recommends an approach, and explains what to try next.

Office hours

Show us your work, try a change together, and ask questions as you go. Your technology team can also use the time to weigh options and discuss priorities.

Monthly updates

Receive an email about changes relevant to the tools your firm uses: what changed, why it matters, and what to consider next. Share it with your team internally.

We agree on support arrangements and the office-hours format as part of your engagement.

Written for your firm. Ready to share.

Your technology team gets a focused update it can pass along, with the implications for your setup already explained.

Claude Projects: from shared context to coordinated work

What changed
On September 17, Anthropic announced redesigned Projects that coordinate work across multiple threads with shared memory. The beta starts in Claude Code for select Pro and Max users, with Cowork and chat planned to follow. Team and Enterprise access is also planned.
Our take
We see this as Claude’s answer to orchestration in other agent platforms. A coordinating agent can delegate work across threads and bring the results together. We expect this to become a valuable way to run multi-step workflows in Claude. As broader access approaches, we’ll share best practices and new patterns for putting it to work.
For your firm
Your underwriting brain already brings together knowledge, memory, and skills for your team’s process. When redesigned Projects becomes available to your firm, we’ll revisit how your agents use that foundation and where a coordinating agent could connect the steps, from reviewing deal materials to preparing the investment memo.

Sample for a firm with an underwriting brain, based on a real announcement. Your update reflects your own tools and workflows.

An expert for the questions your people bring.

From a first skill to a connected workflow, employees and technology leaders can bring us questions like these.

Getting startedI want AI to help with this process. How would you approach it?

Break down the work, identify the context AI needs, and choose a useful starting point. That might be a skill for reviewing a deal or a first pass at a recurring report.

Knowledge and memoryWhat should AI remember about this process, and how should we organize it?

Decide what belongs in your company brain, from reporting conventions to past decisions. We help you organize that knowledge and plan how to keep it current.

ImprovementThis doesn’t work reliably. Should I change how I’m doing it?

Examine the instructions, inputs, and checks to see where the result falls short. We recommend changes or a different approach when the current one is getting in the way.

Tools and techniquesWhich feature should I use, and how do I set it up well?

Get practical guidance on Claude and ChatGPT features, writing skill instructions, and best practices for the task you’re trying to accomplish.

Connecting systemsHow do I connect AI to our systems and get the steps working together?

Work through connector options, permissions, and data access. For workflows with several steps, we help map the handoffs between tools, skills, and people.

Technology recommendationsWhich tool fits this job? Do we need anything beyond what we already have?

Compare options against your needs, existing systems, and budget. We help you decide whether to use what you have, add a tool, or explore a custom solution.

PrioritiesWe have several ideas. Which is worth trying first?

Weigh the value, effort, and dependencies of each idea. Choose a manageable next step and decide what you need to learn before committing to more.

Working alongside your technology team.

We learn your environment and agree on how support fits your internal processes. Your team keeps ownership of technology decisions, policies, and access.

  1. Learn your environment

Review the tools, workflows, and policies your people work with.

  2. Agree on the support

Decide who can ask for help, how requests are handled, and how office hours will work.

  3. Build on what we learn

Use recurring questions to inform office hours and discuss where your team needs more guidance.

Let’s talk about your rollout.

Tell us how many people you’re supporting, what questions are coming up, and where your internal team could use help. We’ll discuss a support arrangement that fits.

Larger builds, custom integrations, and full rollouts are scoped separately. We agree on the work and cost with you before starting.
